Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup Butternut squash cubes, roasted
  • 1/4 cup Vega feta or goat feta
  • 1/2 cup Black quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Toasted pecans w/ a little organic brown sugar.
  • 2 tbs Dried cranberries or fresh pomegranates.
Dressing:
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic dressing
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • 1 Cup Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Prep your ingredients and then combine nicely in a bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients, adjust taste and then pour over salad.
  3. Enjoy!!
