About Lana

I’m a holistic chef and I’ve been in the food industry for over 20 years, during which I set up in 2012, ran instead of managed and sold my catering company in 2019. After graduating as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2021 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, I decided to combine my culinary experience with my passion for and knowledge about cooking with wholesome ingredients into a program called Cook ‘n Coach.

I came across a lot of friends, family members and clients, who wanted to take charge of their health, but thought it was too time consuming and complicated to start in their kitchen. Instead they resorted to endless, expensive meal or diet plans, which were not always tailored to their specific requirements, weren’t that tasty and they didn’t have any control over the quality of the ingredients being used.

After listening to their needs and working closely with them to better understand their lifestyle and eating habits, we devised an action plan in their kitchen that tackled health, deliciousness, and bio-individuality. My plans comprise of easy-to-whip-up recipes that are unique to you and your family, meal prep ideas and food storage tips that make cooking feel like a piece of cake.

Once my clients started cooking in their kitchen, it not only improved the state of their physical and mental health, but allowed them to connect better and be more aligned with their bodies. It also gave them the courage to experiment with different flavors, ingredients and find out what food truly works for them and their families.

Are you ready to feel good in your kitchen too?
