Held in the comfort of my home kitchen, these intimate, hands-on Restorative Culinary Workshops are designed to help you reconnect with real food and use it as a powerful tool to support your overall well-being. Whether you’re navigating a specific health goal or simply want to feel stronger, more energized, or more balanced, these workshops guide you in making food work for you.
Each session explores a thoughtfully curated theme, highlighting different areas of health, from building stronger bones, boosting immune resilience, and supporting heart health, to improving digestion, enhancing mental well-being, and calming inflammation. These themes represent our signature approach, blending evidence-based nutrition with practical culinary skills, so you leave with confidence, knowledge, and hands-on experience to nourish yourself and your family with delicious, health-promoting meals.

You don’t need to attend every session, simply choose the one that meets you where you are. Spots are intentionally limited to keep each experience personal and supportive. New themes are inspired by real-life health needs, so check back regularly to see what’s coming next.

Join me for a hands-on, restorative cooking class where you’ll gain practical culinary skills and the latest nutritional insights to support your bones and overall health, especially through midlife and beyond.Alongside the class, Jo Hawi, Fitness Trainer & Menopause Coaching Specialist, will share her personal journey with osteopenia and guide you through lifestyle and movement strategies to help you stay strong, mobile, and pain-free.

To deepen your learning, Jo and I will also host online presentations, on a separate day from the cooking class, giving you the flexibility to join one or both sessions. You can sign up for the presentation, the cooking class, or the full bundle, whichever suits your schedule and needs best. The online session will be recorded for anyone who can’t attend live.

Stronger bones start in your kitchen

Stronger bones start in your kitchen, but they are supported by more than food alone. This restorative culinary experience brings together nutrition, movement, and clinical insight to support bone health, particularly through midlife and beyond.

The experience begins with an online educational presentation, where I explore the key nutritional principles for supporting bone health, including how everyday food choices can help maintain bone density and overall resilience. This is complemented by Jo Hawi, Fitness Trainer and Menopause Coaching Specialist, who shares practical movement and lifestyle strategies informed by both her professional expertise and personal journey with osteopenia.

Adding a deeper clinical perspective, Dr. Hala Zahreddine, Clinical Research Scientist specializing in midlife hormonal changes and their impact on women’s health, contributes evidence-based insight on bone density and osteoporosis, helping connect nutrition and movement with the physiological shifts of midlife.

Participants can then join a hands-on cooking session in my home kitchen, where the nutritional principles from the presentation are brought to life through practical culinary skills and bone-supportive recipes. You have the flexibility to attend the online educational presentation, the cooking session, or both, with recorded options available for anyone unable to join live.
